- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- Amount of security deposit : 1 000.00 EUR

Localisation et vue mer . Belles prestations .

Piscine non chauffée (certes habituel mais avec le vent elle devient moins " fréquentable"). Difficile de régler la température des douches : ou trop chaude ou froide .

Location, view, calm, super functional, towesl supplied, everrything very functional and easy, villa Mgr super reactive

Villanovo was very reactive, nice and friendly. Villa manager really super !

Pool a bit cold because in shade 1/2 of the day (heat pump would be great), a plancha would be nice, entry into and exit the property by car are a bit tricky (can't see what is coming)
